No knots, no counting stitches, no previous experience.

What makes this kit work for a beginner is that the three fabrics come with the designs already printed on them. You follow the lines rather than inventing anything, and the loops fill in fast enough that you can see progress in the first ten minutes — which is exactly where most craft kits lose people.

Everything is in the box: the punch needle itself with a wooden handle, a threader, the hoop, a fine needle and thread for finishing the backs, three printed cloths, six colours of thread, three hanging loops and three self-adhesive backings to tidy the reverse. You finish with three hanging decorations nobody else owns.

A proper gift for someone who likes making things, and a genuinely absorbing way to spend a dark December evening. Come and have a look at 22 Burgate in Canterbury, or order online for UK delivery.

What's in the kit

1 punch needle with wooden handle

1 needle threader

1 embroidery hoop

1 fine needle and thread for finishing

3 cloths with printed guide designs

6 threads

3 loops for hanging

3 self-adhesive backings

Instructions

Key features

Punch needle embroidery kit from Legami Milano

Makes 3 hanging Christmas decorations

Suitable for complete beginners — designs are printed on the fabric

Box size: 22.5cm x 18cm x 8cm

Weight: 207g

Materials: cotton and polyester cloths, plastic hoop, metal needles and threader, wooden handle

Made in China for Legami S.p.A.
