We're committed to reusing packaging as much as possible and will always make sure the contents are well protected to arrive undamaged and looking pristine.

Domestic orders will normally arrive 1-3 days after you placed your order but please allow up to 7 days before contacting us. Deckchairs and cushions are sent directly from the manufacturer and may take a little longer to arrive.
We use Airmail or international courier to dispatch your purchases depending on weight and value. You will be given a more accurate delivery estimate in your confirmation email. From time to time we may split orders into a consignment of 2-3 parcels. Again, you will be advised if that is the case.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith based on current information from our delivery providers but should not be seen as guarantees. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays which are are outside of our control. You are responsible for paying any VAT/taxes, customs duties and/or import fees levied by your destination country.
We are unable to post certain products internationally due to 'Dangerous Goods' regulations. These prevent aerosols, flammable liquids (perfumes and diffusers) plus certain batteries from air transport. These products are clearly labelled on the product page. If these are added to your basket an error message will be displayed before checkout and a postal rate of £999.99 applied. In order to complete any purchase please remove these items to proceed.
We are currently unable to post our deck chairs or cushions internationally.
Return & Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event you'd like a refund or exchange please email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll let you know how to proceed. Items must be in unused and resaleable condition for a full refund (less postage costs where applicable). Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorisation.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
