POSTAGE & RETURNS

We're committed to reusing packaging as much as possible and will always make sure the contents are well protected to arrive undamaged and looking pristine.

Postage Rates

UK Postage is a flat £3.95, or free when spending £30 or more. All orders are sent by a tracked service, (usually Royal Mail) and normally arrive within 1-3 days after you placed your order. Please allow up to 7 days before contacting us in case of postage delays.

International Orders

Unfortunately we are currently only shipping within the UK.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you're delighted with your purchases from Wrapped!

In the unlikely event you'd like a refund or exchange please email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll let you know how to proceed. Items must be in unused and resaleable condition for a full refund (less postage costs where applicable). Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorisation.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
