Ready for kick-off. The Amuseables Sports Football Bag Charm takes Jellycat's sporty original and shrinks it down to something you can take anywhere — soft cream and black fur set in neat geometric panels, a little cord thumbs-up stitched on the side, and a silver claw clip with the Jellycat tag so it fastens to a bag, a rucksack or a kit holdall in seconds.
It's 16cm across with an 11cm sitting height, in soft polyester and cotton with a polyester fibre filling. The eye is embroidered rather than hard, and the whole thing is light enough to hang off a school bag without becoming a nuisance. For players, for fans, or for anyone who likes their team loyalty portable.
Two practical notes: it's sponge clean only rather than machine washable, and Jellycat don't recommend it for children under 12 months because of the shape and size of the clip.
Amuseables Sports Football Bag Charm is in stock now at Wrapped! — pop into our Canterbury shop on Burgate to see the charm range, or order online for UK delivery. It's a reliable small gift for a football-mad kid, and it survives a season far better than anything made of paper.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a genuine Jellycat?
Yes, Wrapped! is an official Jellycat stockist.
What age is it suitable for?
12 months and over. Jellycat don't recommend it for babies under a year because of the shape and size of the clip — not because of the ball itself, which has an embroidered eye and no hard parts.
How does it attach?
A silver claw clip, so it goes on and off a bag strap, rucksack loop, kit bag or keyring without any fuss.
How do I clean it?
Sponge clean only. It can't go in the washing machine, and mustn't be tumble dried, dry cleaned or ironed. Worth knowing if it's heading for a muddy touchline.
How big is it?
16cm x 8cm x 6cm, sitting at 11cm — about the size of a grapefruit, so it reads clearly on a bag without weighing it down.
Who's it a good gift for?
Football-mad children, five-a-side regulars, anyone starting at a new club, and end-of-season thank-yous for a coach.
