Pammie Palm Tree is here to provide a personal paradise — a shady spot, a watchful eye and the general air of somewhere considerably warmer than Kent in November. She stands tall as the self-appointed protector of your dreams and your adventures, and soothes with what Jellycat call the spirit of the islands. Where she whisks you off to is between the two of you.
She's one of the taller Amuseables at 34cm, with a 31cm sitting height and a slim 16cm footprint, so she takes up far less shelf than her height suggests. Soft green fronds fan out from a textured trunk, there's a face peering out partway up, and PE beans through the base keep her standing upright rather than listing sideways. At £55 she's a proper centrepiece rather than an impulse buy.
One thing to flag: Jellycat don't recommend her for children under 12 months, because the frond fur can shed. She's machine washable at 30°C.
Amuseables Pammie Palm Tree is in stock now at Wrapped! — come and see her at our Canterbury shop on Burgate, where her height makes a good deal more sense than it does on a screen, or order online for UK delivery. Only six in stock.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a genuine Jellycat?
Yes, Wrapped! is an official Jellycat stockist.
How big is she?
34cm tall with a 31cm sitting height, and only 16cm across the base. Tall but narrow — she suits a shelf, a desk corner or a windowsill.
Does she stand up on her own?
Yes. There are PE beans weighted through her base, which is what stops a tall, slim soft toy from toppling over.
What age is she suitable for?
12 months and over. She isn't recommended for babies under a year because the frond fur can shed. Check her over regularly for wear or damage.
Can she be washed?
Yes, at 30°C. No tumble drying, dry cleaning or ironing. Check all labels when your order arrives.
What's she made of?
A polyester outer with polyester fibres and PE beans inside.
Who's she a good gift for?
Houseplant people who'd rather not water anything, anyone homesick for a holiday, and collectors after the more unusual end of the Amuseables range.
