Budgeby Parrot takes his duties seriously. He has appointed himself lifeguard of the whole beach, and from his lookout perch he keeps one eye on the surf and the other, more warily, on Amuseables Peanut, whose approach to water sports is best described as enthusiastic. Between rescues he is a committed sun-seeker. Nobody has asked him to do any of this.
He is tremendously bright about it too: bold tropical plumage, a broad brilliantly coloured beak and a tail that fans out behind him. He stands 26cm tall with a 23cm sitting height, in soft polyester, and there are PE beans through his base so he perches properly on a shelf rather than tipping forward.
One thing to know: Jellycat don't recommend him for children under 12 months, because his longer fur can shed. He's machine washable at 30°C, which is more than can be said for a lot of the range.
