What surfaces will it stick to?
Smooth, clean, non-porous ones: phone cases, laptop lids, tablets, water bottles, notebook covers, pencil cases, desks. Give the surface a wipe and let it dry before you apply. It won't hold on fabric, paper or anything textured.
Will it damage my phone or laptop?
No. The 3M semi-permanent adhesive is designed to lift away cleanly and shouldn't leave residue on a smooth, non-porous surface.
Can I move it somewhere else?
You can, but it's designed to go on once. Speks recommend choosing a single spot and leaving it there — repeated removal gradually wears the adhesive down.
How do I clean it without taking it off?
Wipe it with a warm, damp cloth and a little mild detergent when it needs it. Silicone picks up finger oils over time and a quick wipe brings the texture straight back.
Which texture should I pick?
Groove and Path are the structured ones, with ridges and patterns to follow — good if you like repetition. Mesh is the gentlest. Static is the most stimulating, with a field of short bristles to stroke. If you're buying blind as a gift, Groove is the safest crowd-pleaser.
